Summary: Argentis is an invitation-only personal wellness assistant. By using it, you agree to these terms. We're not doctors — this is a wellness tool, not a medical service.
Argentis ("the Service") is a personal wellness assistant powered by AI. It helps you organise and manage wellness-related activities such as workouts, supplement schedules, nutrition, sleep habits, and daily routines.
The Service may create calendar events, tasks, and reminders on your behalf, and import or export documents to and from your Google Drive, based on your wellness goals and instructions.
The Service is currently in early access and is available by invitation only.
By accessing or using Argentis, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You agree to:
Argentis may request access to your Google account services (Gmail, Calendar, Tasks, Drive) to provide its wellness features. This includes reading your emails, reading and creating calendar events and tasks, and reading and writing files to Google Drive. You can revoke this access at any time. Argentis is not a medical service. The Service provides general wellness information and personal organisation tools only. It is not intended to:

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Argentis Technologies. You retain ownership of any personal data you provide to the Service.
Argentis is in early access. This means:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Argentis Technologies and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the Argentis app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.
