1. Who We Are

Argentis is operated by Argentis Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). Our service is a personal wellness assistant powered by AI that helps you track and organise activities like workouts, supplement schedules, and daily routines.

Argentis is currently available by invitation only.

2. What Data We Access

When you connect your Google account, Argentis may request access to the following services:

• Gmail (read-only) — to find emails related to your wellness activities (e.g., workout confirmations, supplement orders, appointment reminders)
• Google Calendar (read and write) — to read your schedule and create events for workouts, wellness appointments, and routines
• Google Tasks (read and write) — to read and create tasks for supplement reminders, wellness goals, and daily routines
• Google Drive (read and write) — to import wellness-related documents and export reports or summaries for your personal use

Argentis only accesses data that is relevant to its wellness features. For Gmail, access is read-only — Argentis never sends, modifies, or deletes your emails. For Calendar, Tasks, and Drive, Argentis may create new items on your behalf (such as workout events or supplement reminders) but will never modify or delete your existing data without your explicit action.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to:

• Surface relevant wellness information in your personal Argentis dashboard
• Help your AI coaching assistant understand your schedule and activities
• Create calendar events, tasks, and reminders based on your wellness goals
• Import and export wellness documents for your personal use

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the Argentis service to you personally.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud infrastructure (Firestore), encrypted at rest and in transit
• Access tokens for your Google account are stored securely and used only to access the services you have authorised
• Your data is processed in the United States (Google Cloud, us-central1 region)
• Only you can see your data — no other Argentis users or team members can access your personal information

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with anyone.

• No third-party analytics or tracking
• No advertising networks
• No data brokers
• No sharing with other users

The only external service that processes your data is Google's Gemini AI, which powers the coaching assistant. This processing is subject to Google's data handling policies and your data is not used to train AI models.

6. Your Rights and Controls

You are in full control of your data:

• Disconnect anytime: You can revoke Argentis's access to your Google account at any time through your Argentis settings or through your Google Account permissions
• Request deletion: Contact us at ashley@argentis.com to request deletion of all your data
• Data portability: You can request a copy of the data we hold about you

When you disconnect your Google account or delete your Argentis account, all associated data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

7. Not Medical Advice

Argentis is a wellness assistant, not a medical service. The information provided by Argentis is for general wellness and personal organisation purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified professional for medical advice.

8. Cookies

Argentis uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the Argentis app. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
